Expats, retirees and people with a second home in Spain experience barriers such as language barriers and waiting lists for a dermatological consultation. Teledermatology is growing rapidly, but is not easily available for Dutch and Belgians in Spain. I know the healthcare structure in the Costa Blanca and Costa Cálida region well.
